DSCSA Enforcement Discretion is over: Are you ready?

Despite several enforcement delays, today the new traceability requirements under the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) get a full set of teeth. The law, which applies to manufacturers, repackagers, wholesale distributors, dispensers (that's us), and third-party logistics providers (a/k/a "trading partners"), established certain requirements in November 2014, and others will continue to be phased in until 2023. We’re big believers in workforce coaching. We know that attracting and retaining the best employees is always a challenge—especially in rural or ex-burb markets where the pool of candidates is typically smaller. We found some powerful insights this week on what makes an exceptional employee.
