You may have seen that AmerisourceBergen has been rolling out announcements about a range of organizational changes. At ThoughtSpot, ABC also drove home the availability of some key tech and business tools available when you log in through the Elevate patient engagement portal. Among them:


The Electronic Quality Improvement Platform for Plans and Pharmacies (EQuIPP) provides a national platform to measure quality among pharmacies. This benchmarking tool helps you to improve medication safety and adherence, and also to understand your star partner status by breaking down where you stand on key performance indicators for particular disease states. With it you can learn how you compare to others in your state/region, the plan, or to any other pharmacies also logged into the EQuIPP program.

Prescribe Wellness

Prescribe Wellness gives you real-time accurate patient data to enable you to have a better conversation with your patients on care and, among other things, provide medication synchronization and streamline operations in your pharmacy. It enables you to track day-to-day star partner scores for Medicare patients and identify those that need additional engagement to improve medication use. Business Coaching

AmerisourceBergen is clearly making a stronger commitment to the provision of business coaching this year, almost doubling its coaching capabilities. Your coach meets with you monthly (completely confidentially) to take a deep dive with you into strategy, plugging profit leaks, employee development, maximizing reimbursement, and retail excellence using your own POS system.
